About Me

I had organized my first trail run with a friend in the afternoon on October 2, 2019. We started off our run into an immediate hill climb. For the next several kms we kept going up and I was sucking air like never before. Everything was burning and all check engine lights were flashing. I was in my own personal suffer fest. It was a humbling experience and a reality check for where I was, and where I wanted to go. After we completed the 8 km loop a new passion inside me was ignited. I knew that I had found what I wanted to do. Run in trails and go far!

In 2020, my family and I relocated to Squamish, BC, providing the perfect backdrop for my running aspirations. Driven by a growing desire to join the elite ultra running community, I crafted a training plan, leveraging the world-class trails and mountains at my doorstep. My goal was clear: accumulate experience through diverse races, spanning from road half marathons to gruelling 100-mile trail races.

From that initial 8 km struggle, I've raced a spectrum of distances, learning immeasurable lessons and building connections within the running community. Running, for me, continues to take me to incredible places; it's a platform for personal growth, pushing boundaries, and discovering untapped potential.

As I look ahead I can’t wait to see where all the miles will take me next…
